After
obtaining a B.Sc.(Hons) from Aberdeen University,
Nigel Fallon spent 19 years in the agricultural
supply industry, initially as a feed salesman.
From 1993-1997, while employed at Dalgety Agriculture, he was selected for General Management Training and also gained a MBA degree (sponsored over a 3 year part-time programme).
After 1997 Nigel worked as a senior manager for the ORKLA group of Companies, including Borregard UK, where he had responsibility for the UK Feed and Technology Division.

further restructuring of ORKLA, and a contraction
of the supply side in 2001, Nigel decided to start
up his own business; and so Goostrey News was
born.
